Sign up for Responsible Conduct of 鶹 training now
Responsible Conduct of 鶹 training will be offered Wednesday, Jan. 25, from 2-5 p.m. via Zoom. The training is brought to you by the Office of 鶹 Integrity.
This particular workshop fulfills the National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health requirements for formal RCR instruction. It is an NIH requirement that all BLaST GMRAs, Scholars, UREs and other funded projects participate in RCR training.
This is the only formal RCR training at UAF this semester.
RCR training covers core norms, principles, regulations and rules governing the practice of research. RCR is a highly recommended “best practices” course for those desiring to deepen their knowledge of ethical research and responsible conduct. It is also an excellent professional opportunity for anyone interested in furthering a career in research.
UAFs RCR training is open to all UAF-, UAS- and Ilisagvik-affiliated individuals (faculty, graduate students, staff and undergraduates).
This training is a two-part training. Part one requires you to complete an online CITI Training module and part two requires you to participate in the three hour Zoom workshop on Jan. 25.
You must complete both parts to receive your RCR certificate.
