The Â鶹¹ÙÍø System policy states that vaccination requirements may only be made by exception and must be approved by the President at the request of the Chancellor.
I have received your request for a vaccination requirement for the following:
UAF FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENTS AND OFFICIAL VISITORS PARTICIPATING IN BONANZA CREEK LTER FIELDWORK.
Based on your request and President Pitney’s approval, I am herewith authorizing a vaccination requirement (with medical and non-medical-religious exemptions) for that purpose.
