RE: Vaccination Requirement Request Approval
The Â鶹¹ÙÍø System policy states that vaccination requirements may only be made by exception and may only be approved by the President at the request of the Chancellor.
I have requested a vaccination requirement for the following:
EMPLOYEE GROUPS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO EXTERNAL VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO EXECUTE THEIR WORK ON BEHALF OF UAF
Based on my request and President Pitney’s approval, I am herewith authorizing a vaccination requirement (with medical and non-medical-religious exemptions) for that purpose.
