He is working on the educational curriculum and outreach aspect for several grants and programs, including the Office of Naval 鶹 ARCTIC Program, the UAF College of Engineering and Mines, Upward Bound, and the ACEP Undergraduate Summer Internship (AUSI) program.

Prior to coming to ACEP, Reising was a STEM educator in Seward, Alaska, where he incorporated project and problem-based learning into his classroom. He played a key role in the success of the NSF-funded Modern Blanket Toss and T3 Alliance programs.
